Mr. Kohli, is popularly known as the Telecom Man and is renowned for leading Airtel, the telecom giant to become the number 3 telecom player in the world, scaling from 2 Mn to over 400 Mn subscribers. With 44 years of unique and diverse experience that is divided between the manufacturing, telecom, renewable energy and now digital technology sectors he has worked in the US, Europe, China, Japan and build business in 20 countries in Asia Pacific and Africa.

Former Country Head – SoftBank India, supported SoftBank Group and Vision Fund as one of the largest investors of $15bn in over 25 AI focused portfolio companies in India.

Prior to this, Mr. Kohli was the Promoter and CEO of Bharti Airtel and was instrumental in leading Bharti Airtel's India operations for 100x scale-up. He has also led formation of world's largest tower company (Indus and Infratel) for achieving major infrastructure synergies for the industry. He was the Chairman of the Industry Association, COAI.

Mr. Greene serves as Managing Partner of James Alpha Management, LLC, a single family office and investor in a wide range of private and publicly-traded companies, many of which Mr. Greene serves as either Chairman or Board Member.

In addition to his role at James Alpha Management, Mr. Greene is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tassat Group Inc., a leading provider of blockchain-based real-time solutions to banks and other financial institutions. He joined the firm in 2017 as a senior Member of the Board and was named Executive Chairman in 2019. From 2022 through 2023, he served as Tassat's CEO and continues his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Greene is regarded as a driving force of innovation and progress in the application of blockchain-based technology solutions for the financial services industry.

Previously, Mr. Greene served as Chairman & CEO of Capital Resource Holdings, LLC, the holding company parent of CRA RogersCasey, one of the nation's leading pension consulting firms advising more than $500 billion in pension fund, foundation, endowment and high net worth assets.

Earlier, Mr. Greene founded Bryant Park Capital, a privately held investment bank specializing in private equity financing and mergers & acquisitions for both private and public companies in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to founding Bryant Park in 1991, Mr. Greene was a senior consultant with McKinsey & Company, focused on corporate finance, corporate strategy, and mergers & acquisitions.

Mr. Greene serves as President of the Board of Trustees of the Oratory Prep Foundation and is a Trustee of Kaatsbaan Cultural Park and the Woodstock Film Festival.

An accomplished author and speaker, Mr. Greene has published articles focused on economics and political science and has been a featured speaker at several asset management industry conferences.

Mr. Greene earned a B.A. degree in Economics (with distinction) from Georgetown University, a Master's degree in Public Policy (Kennedy Scholar) from Harvard University and an MBA in Finance from New York University. He holds the Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses with FINRA.

Aakash brings with him 25+ years of unique, diverse and global experience. He is currently Global CFO of PayU (Naspers/Prosus Fintech Business). Prior to joining PayU, he was the CFO of Snapdeal, and had contributed immensely in the 100X growth (2012-2015) of Snapdeal, with $1Billion+ fund raise in multiple rounds.

PayU has grown 4 times in the last 5 years, and the payments business has turned around from hugely loss making to profitable. At PayU, besides being the CFO, he is a part of the core team that is shaping Naspers Fintech Strategy through organic and inorganic expansion in high-growth markets ranging from India to CEE to Latin America to SEA. He has played a key role in deploying ~$1 billion+ through acquisitions (Citrus, Wibmo, Red Dot, Iyzico, Zooz, Paysense) and investments (Zest Money, Creditas, Remitly, Fisdom, Bakkt, Libra), in 30+ transactions.

He is on the Board of V-Mart Retail Limited as an Independent Director for the last 11 years (from PE investment into the Company to the Company going public), and has contributed significantly in the multi-fold increase in value of the business as a Board member. He also is the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Srinivasan Venkita Padmanabhan (known as Venkat) is the President & Global Head – Finance of Olam International Limited. He is a senior member of Finance Executive Committee, Finance talent Management committee and member of Operational committee of Olam Group (a SGD 30 Billion company operating in about 70 countries and employing 70,000 employees, listed in SGX).

Venkat has more than 28 years of extensive experience in Leadership areas, oversight on multiple Regions & Business Verticals, Leadership and development of multicultural teams, Strategic business partnership and so on.

BP Singh who is the former Deputy MD of IDBI Bank has more than 30 years of banking experience. He has been responsible for managing retail banking, small/medium sector industry financing, agriculture financing, financial inclusion activities, IT systems and human resource management during his term at IDBI.

He has played an instrumental role in the approval of large industry credit exposures. He was an active member of various banking committees set up by the Government of India.
