As a Sr. Account executive at IBSFINtech, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with our valued clients. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross selling our treasury software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional communication skills.

Your Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our software and services.
- Account Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling additional software modules, and cross-selling complementary products to increase revenue.
- Solution Consultation: Collaborate with the sales and product teams to understand client requirements.
- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or technical issues promptly and effectively
- Renewals and Contract Negotiation: Ensure timely renewal of contracts and negotiate favourable terms to foster long-term partnerships with clients.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to position our software as a leading solution in the treasury management space.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support, to deliver a seamless customer experience and foster internal knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record in account management, preferably in the treasury or financial software industry.
- Understanding of treasury management concepts and financial processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and result-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
