We are seeking a for a creative and dynamic Marketing Associate with expertise in running effective social media campaigns and possessing strong digital marketing skills. The ideal candidate should be proficient in utilizing tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, and others to create engaging videos and design captivating social media posts and collaterals. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives across various digital platforms.
- A graduate/masters having proven experience of min 3 yrs in running/managing social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience with Filmora or similar video editing tools is a must.
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, SEO, and web analytics tools.
- Experience in B2B Fintech space would be a plus.
Role & Responsibilities of a Marketing Associate:
- Create innovative social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to website and other digital platforms.
- Create compelling content for social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
- Design visually appealing collaterals, videos, and other multimedia content using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, and other relevant software.
- Maintain and update impeccable records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and content for maximum impact and reach.
- Assist in managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, audience engagement, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.
