Application Support Analyst role at IBSFINtech is a focused and experienced professional responsible for supporting our enterprise customers globally for IBSFINtech’s Treasury & Trade Finance product portfolio.
Responsibility
- Work with customers to understand the issues and documenting these clearly in the ticketing tool.
- Apply understanding of application design, configuration and functionality to solve customer reported issues effectively and efficiently.
- Assist customer in correctly using the software
- Understand issues / customer questions and classify into the different categories like Severity 1, 2, 3 and ensure SLA wrt each category of bugs is met.
Requirement
- Good hands-on experience in supporting the software applications in finance, treasury or BFSI domain.
- Experience in SAAS software for BFSI, Treasury or Trade Finance domains
- Experience in handling the ticketing tool like Jira, Freshdesk etc.
- Experience in using Microsoft office tools specifically Excel and email.
- Confident in working with customers directly.
- Good written and verbal skills in English.
- Graduate degree in B.E / B.Tech and/or MBA(Finance)
