An Entrepreneur, Academician and Board member of several companies in US and India, Shivaprakash has served as a tenured Professor and Chairman of the Computer Science Dept at University of Dubuque, Iowa, for over 6 years. Getting into business in the late 1990s, he has been part of many M&As since 2001. He was the Founder CEO of Innovative Business Solutions, Inc. (IBSI), acquired by 3i Infotech Consulting in 2005, formerly ICICI Infotech, with him serving as President for over 3 years. In the telecom sector, he co-founded SysFour Solutions LLC, which was acquired by Mascon International in 2004. Currently, he is the CEO of IBSFINtech Pvt Ltd, Bangalore; Chief Strategy Officer of Hallmark Healthcare Solutions LLC, New Jersey, US; and Founding Board of Directors for a non-profit organization ‘Self Enquiry Life Fellowship’, CA. A guest speaker at various prestigious business events, he has received ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ award from Dallas Chamber of Commerce; ‘Blue Chip Entrepreneur’ award from US Chamber of Commerce & Mass Mutual & ‘Humanitarian of the Year’ award from Rotary Club International. Shivaprakash holds a BE degree from India and an MS and MBA from the US.

Mr. Chandra Mohan Grover is an ex-banker with almost 20 years of diverse experience in retail banking, lending & investments, commercial financial services, forex & treasury operations. He has headed many retail business units in Vijaya Bank, which he joined in 1988 as a probationary officer and rose to Senior Management level before leaving the Bank. He has turned around loss making branches into model branches. He also headed a Real Estate company as CEO for almost 2 years, during which the company was funded by a PE fund. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, a Master’s in Arts and a P.G. Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations.

Manjunath was handling system design, development and implementation for various banking applications in Vijaya Bank for almost two decades. Earlier, he worked in various capacities in the retail banking, loan processing and foreign exchange departments of the bank. He has in-depth exposure to different banking software and underlying technologies. He was the project leader for the bank in implementing ABB and SPNS. After he took voluntary retirement, he worked with Zenith Infotech Limited as principal consultant to develop and implement total turnkey solutions for various banks, with special emphasis on microfinance. He is a CISA qualified engineer and was responsible in formulating and implementing IT related security policies for various banks.

In charge of the delivery of products, S. Sethuraman worked at a nationalized bank for almost 25 years, at a senior position in the IT department. Before associating with this company, he was a project manager with a leading solution provider, implementing turnkey solutions for various banks. He is also associated with conducting training programmes and the development of IS policies for banks.
