Bidlur Shivaprakash Bidlur Shivaprakash has Master’s degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University, Oregon; and in Business Administration from University of Dubuque, Iowa.. He founded Innovative Business Solutions, Inc. (IBSI), in 1994 and currently heads this software development and consulting company which provides consulting services to several companies based in US. He is also CEO and MD of IBS (India) Pvt. Ltd., a software development and BPO company providing services globally. He is also one of the principal founders of SysFour Solutions, LLC., a Telecommunication software development and consulting company, before acquired by Mascon IT in 2004. He was involved in the merger and acquisition. He is also founder of Innovative Healthcare Group Inc., an International Health Care Staffing Company, started in 2001 with offices in India, Middle East, UK, Australia and USA. Shivaprakash was a Professor and Chairman of Computer Science Department at University of Dubuque, Iowa from 1988 to 1994 and was a visiting professor for MBA program in Malaysia and Singapore. He served as Chairman of the Board to Midwest Communications, Inc., in Iowa from 1993 to 1995. He was awarded “Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2000 by Dallas Chamber of Commerce. He is also a recipient of “Blue Chip Enterprise Award”, presented jointly by US Chamber of Commerce and Mass Mutual Corporation.
G.L.R.Gupta,M.Com,CAIIB., A banker by profession for 25 years has exposure to both Branch banking and Administrative Office functions. He worked as a DBA for two years at regional computing centre. He has specialized in O&M activities . After coming out of the bank he has been associated with banking & financial consultancy services both for corporate customers and banks. Currently he spearheads the marketing wing of the company. T M Manjunath, CISA Manjunath was handling system design, development and implementation for various banking applications in Vijaya Bank for almost two decades. Earlier he worked in various capacities in Retail Banking, Loan Processing and Foreign Exchange departments of the bank. He has in-depth exposure to different Banking software and the underlying technologies. He was the project leader for the Bank for implementing ABB and SPNS. After he took voluntary retirement, he was working with Zenith Infotech Limited as Principal Consultant to develop and implement total turnkey solutions for various banks with special emphasis on micro finance. He is a CISA qualified engineer and was responsible in formulating and implementing IT related security policies for various Banks. S.Sethuraman, Msc, DIISc. In charge of Delivery of products was with a nationalised bank for almost 25 years in a senior position in the IT department. Before associating with this company, he was a Project Manager in implementing turnkey solution for various Banks of a leading solution provider. He is also associated in conducting training programmes and development of IS policies for banks. V G K Achariyulu, M.Sc.,A.I.I.B. After successfully working for more than 30 years in Vijaya Bank, he joined the company to head documenting of IT systems. During the assignment in bank, he was heading Department of Information Technology (Systems & Procedures) designed and delivered products for effective implementation of I T Plan of the bank. He was the joint secretary of O&M Association of the banks. After coming out as senior executive of the bank, he was a consultant in designing and installing systems and procedures for few private sector and co-operative banks. N.M Pramod Anand
Pramod Anand started his career as a marketing professional in a leading pharmaceutical organization. He is now into consultancy and handling administrative functions of a super specialty health care centre. He is also utilizing his experience of three decades in setting up a state of the art dental care and wellness centre in Bangalore, Karnataka. Currently he is associating himself with the project providing health care management for leading hospitals. He is one of the marketing specialists of IBS Fintech.
