He has a Bachelors degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering (Bangalore University), a Master’s degree in Computer Science (Oregon State University) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (University of Dubuque, Iowa). He has a successful track record of leading and managing companies effectively. He founded Innovative Business Solutions, Inc. (IBSI), in 1994 and is the CEO of the company, a software development and consulting company providing consulting services to several companies based in US.  In 2001 IBSI acquired Core3 Technologies, Inc., to strengthen the company and enhance its operations in the East Coast.  

He is also CEO and MD of IBS (India) Pvt. Ltd., a software development and BPO company providing services to several companies based in US and India.

He is one of the founders of Innovative Healthcare Group Inc., an International Health Care Staffing Company, started in 2001 and currently having offices in India, Middle East, UK, Australia and USA. 

He was a tenured Professor and Chairman of Computer Science Department at University of Dubuque, Iowa from 1988 through 1994 and has on several occasions been invited to teach MIS course for MBA program in Malaysia and Singapore.

He has served as Chairman of the Board to Midwest Communications, Inc., in Iowa from 1993 to 1995, a company providing internet connectivity services along with content development.

He is also one of the principal founders of SysFour Solutions, LLC., a Telecommunication software development and consulting company, founded in 1998.  SysFour has been eventually acquired by Mascon IT in 2004 and Shivaprakash was involved in the merger and acquisition.

He was awarded “Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2000 by Dallas Chamber of Commerce.  He is also a recipient of “Blue Chip Enterprise Award” in 2000, presented jointly by US Chamber of Commerce and Mass Mutual Corporation.

A banker by profession has turned into a marketing specialist. After coming out of the bank under voluntary retirement scheme he is actively associated himself in multifarious activities. He specialized in O&M activities during his tenure in the bank. Currently he spearheads the marketing wing of the company.

T M Manjunath, CISA

Mr.Manjunath was handling system design, development and implementation for various banking applications in Vijaya Bank for 16 years. Earlier he worked in various capacities in Retail Banking, Loan Processing and Foreign Exchange departments for over 12 years. He has in-depth exposure to different Banking software and the underlying technologies. He was the project leader for the Bank for implementing ABB and SPNS. After he took voluntary retirement, he was working with Zenith Infotech Limited as Principal Consultant to develop and implement total turn key solutions for various banks with special emphasis on micro finance. He is a CISA and was responsible in formulating and implementing IT related security policies for various Banks.

S.Sethuraman, Msc, DIISc.

In charge of Delivery of products was with a nationalised bank for almost 25 years in a senior position in the IT department. Before associating with this company, he was a Project Manager in implementing turnkey solution for various Banks of a leading solution provider. He is also associated in conducting training programmes and development of IS policies for banks.
